Proper Sleeping Posture for Back Pain | Back, Side, and Stomach Sleeping

Getting up in the morning can be the toughest thing to do for some of us. There are many reasons why that is: Not enough sleep, a bad mattress, stress, etc. Poor sleep can be attributed to many factors, but today, we will address sleeping posture to reduce back pain.

Its the first thing we’ll want to do. Before we get a new bed, new pillows, a lumbar roll, any of that stuff, we will want to know how to sleep, so that all those items will be used effectively.

We will go over Back, Side, and Stomach sleeping and see which is best for back pain.
